Usui Reiki Healing Session
Usui Reiki is a Japanese technique used to reduce stress and promote relaxation, while offering a holistic approach to healing. Reiki is a natural and safe way to create many beneficial effects on your physical body, emotions, mind, and spirit. It has been effective in helping virtually every known illness and always creates a beneficial effect. Reiki works in conjunction with other medical or therapeutic techniques to relieve side effects and promote recovery.
The word Reiki is made of two Japanese words ~ Rei: Higher power, Ki: Life force energy. While Reiki is spiritual in nature, it is not a religion. In fact, Reiki is not dependent on belief at all and will work whether you believe in it or not. Even though it is not a religion, it's still important to live and act in a way that promotes harmony with others.
Reiki can be administered in-person or remotely (distant), using gentle, intentional touch or hovering over your body. It is based on the idea that an unseen "life force energy" flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. If "life force energy" is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy.

Offering remote healing sessions at this time, unless arrangements have been made for in-person session. Days, evenings, weekends by appointment only. Initial confidential consultation may last up to 90 minutes. It includes an intake interview and 40-60 minutes of energy healing with Mary J Robinson, Usui Reiki Master. Recurring confidential sessions may last up to 60 minutes. They include a consultation/intake and up to 45 minutes of energy healing.
*Initial Session: $100
*Recurring Sessions: $75

*A sliding fee scale is based on the client's circumstances. I will do my best to make services available to people of various backgrounds and income levels. Venmo, cash, or checks are accepted.

Healing Touch Session
Healing Touch is a relaxing, nurturing, heart-centered energy therapy that uses gentle, intentional touch to assist in balancing physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being. This holistic approach works with your energy field to support your natural ability to heal. Healing Touch is safe for all ages and works in harmony with, is complementary to, and may be integrated with standard medical care. Healing Touch is beneficial in calming anxiety and reducing symptoms of depression, decreasing pain, strengthening the immune system, enhancing recovery from surgery. It is also helpful in supporting cancer care and easing acute and chronic conditions.
Healing Touch can be administered in-person or remotely (distant). At times, the practitioner's hands will hover over your body, or use gentle, intentional touch to assist in balancing your physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being.
