Usui Reiki Healing Session
Usui Reiki is a Japanese technique that reduces stress, promotes relaxation, and supports holistic healing for the body, mind, and spirit. It’s a natural, safe way to enhance physical health, emotional balance, and overall well-being. Reiki complements medical or therapeutic treatments, easing side effects and supporting recovery.
The word Reiki combines two Japanese terms: Rei (higher power) and Ki (life force energy). While spiritual in nature, Reiki isn’t a religion and works whether or not you believe in it. Even though it is not a religion, it's still important to live and act in a way that promotes harmony with others.
Reiki can be administered in-person or remotely, using gentle touch or hovering over your body. It focuses on the flow of life force energy—low energy can lead to stress and illness, while high energy promotes health and happiness.

Session Details:
In-Person or Remote Sessions available by appointment (days, evenings, weekends).
Initial Session: $100 (90 minutes, including intake and 40-60 minutes of energy healing).
Recurring Sessions: $75 (60 minutes, including consultation and 45 minutes of healing).
Sliding scale available based on circumstances.
Payment is due prior to the session via Venmo, cash, or check. Gift certificates are available.

Healing Touch Session
Healing Touch is a heart-centered energy therapy that uses gentle, intentional touch to assist in balancing physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being. This holistic therapy works with your energy field to support your body’s natural healing abilities. Safe for all ages, Healing Touch complements and integrates with standard medical care, easing anxiety, reducing pain, strengthening the immune system, supporting recovery from surgery, and aiding in cancer care and chronic conditions.
Healing Touch can be performed in-person or remotely (distant). Sessions may include gentle touch or hands hovering over your body to restore balance.
